    So I recently purchased a $25 microsoft card and when I got to my wallet on my xbox it shows I have an account balance but whenever I try to make a purchase it won't even give me the option to use my account balance. Please help me get it to where I can actually use my money again.

    I bought a gift card virtually off Amazon like a usually fo but when I check my balance it says I have the same amount of money when I did before, the code says redeemed but isn’t in my Microsoft account

    But xbox live status is still showing no problems

    I'm sorry to say this I know the whole thing sucks but im not gonna lie Im kinda glad im not the only one since this would mean its a bigger issue potentially affecting everyone so they'll have to fix it quickly
