cant use gestures on kinect

Discus and support cant use gestures on kinect in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hello all i find myself no longer able to use gestures to navigate my xbox one my kinect is hooked up and calibrated but my gestures no longer work...     hello all i find myself no longer able to use gestures to navigate my xbox one

    my kinect is hooked up and calibrated but my gestures no longer work

    Thanks for that post. I had just purchased a kinect to use with my xb1 and have spent the last 2 days trying to figure out why I cant activate gesture control, now I know why.

    I didn`t intend using it for gaming, the two main reasons wer voice and gesture control and now theyve quietly dropped gesture control, what a con!

    The Kinect gesture control feature of the dashboard was dropped about a year ago when the current style dashboard launched.

    Gesture control of the dashboard using the Kinect camera is no longer available.

    Well, just to give you an idea of how useful the Kinect can be for that so-called "clunky" interface, here's how to use

    voice commands     and
    gestures    . ;)

    It's all actually very easy and intuitive to use. :)
