    I cant use the gamertag : jacds , i search that no one in Xbox called jacds , but i still cant use it.

    Will i get banned using this gamertag?

    What would that matter? Bottom line is look at the TOS of gamertag names. There is clear specifics and outlines about what you can and cant put in a gamertag. Who would use there real name as a gamertag anyway?

    I cant get my old gamertag back ive tried several times and my friend called you guys he said you guys said, your gamertag cant been taken for 60 days i just went to the store to get microsoft points to change my gamertag back and now i cant use it

    Cant use gamertag : jacds

    The gamer tag might be in use on another account. Just because you can't find it doesn't mean that it's not on another account.

    Becsuse you probably not looking for the right combination

    To find someone you need the exact spelling and caps but if the system says it's taken it's taken you will have to be more creative like replacing c with a number or another letter

    So like gamertag is the same as GAmer tag or Gamertag

    So you can't take it but if you search for those names it won't show up unless you have the exact caps or spelling

    I doubt that there is anything that can be done, you can try asking for help from xbox technical support and if they do not find a solution, you will have no choice but to try another gamertag
