Can't use game Dvr "Sorry We Couldn't Record That (0x82323012)"

Okay I'm fed up of this I've been waiting months for this to work an been hoping for a update but now I'm *** I have been wantin to record some nice game footage but stop an say OH WAIT I CANT! wtf Microsoft why isn't ur stuff fixed after all the money
you made pimpin ur xbox one for over 450$ An now Reduce ur cost an now ur apps stop working an having multiple issues. I'm close to buying a external game dvr if it's not fixed. Or of that trade it all in for a ps4tried troubleshooting an tht doesn't work
either.

Error 0x82323012 occurs when you try to use Game DVR on Xbox One
You see the following error code and message when trying to use the Game DVR feature on Xbox One:

0x82323012 Sorry We Couldn't Record That

Note You may get this error because some games disable the recording of gameplay by default. You won't be able to make clips of these titles.

Solution
To resolve this problem, make sure that you have enabled game captures on your console. Here's how:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All settings.

Under Preferences, select Game DVR & Streaming.

Select Allow broadcasts and game captures.

I have done this and checked this multiple times, I deleted old videos and nothing seems to be working still.

I have noticed that a workaround in the comments from
xbox one wont record game dvr error 0x82323012 and you can follow the method to fix this problem by deleting some videos in your upload studios.

Also are you using an Adult account on the console or child or custom if custom please try using adult
