Can't use EA Access during free play days

Discus and support Can't use EA Access during free play days in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Had EA Access downloaded before free play days started, now it's started but the app still tells me to sign up and doesn't let me play any games....     Can't use EA Access during free play days


    Had EA Access downloaded before free play days started, now it's started but the app still tells me to sign up and doesn't let me play any games. Uninstalled & reinstalled it, still doesn't work. Is the app broken or they lied about when it starts?

    Can't play Battlefield 4 few days after download.

    Why do I need ea access for Dragon Age Inquisition?

    EA Access was free for use during the week of E3. During this time you would have been able to download and play the game. The free access was only until June 18. After that point you would either need to have a membership to EA Access or purchase the
    game.

    If you had originally purchased the game on your account then try power cycling the console to see if that helps.

    Since this began have you tried a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds to see if that helps clear it up?

    Did you buy premium for Battlefield 4 separately, or got it for free during the promotional period using an EA Access subscription? If free using EA Access subscription then you must subscribe again before you get access to the DLCs again.
