Can't use dlc and some games offline

I'm sorry to see any licensing issues! For the Oblivion DLC, since that was tied to a disc and not digital copy of the DLC, you will not be able to access that content in-game. You would need another GOTY edition of Oblivion to play that, or purchase the
digital versions of the DLC.

For EndWar, this seems a bit more weird. Since you don't get online much, I'm going to try to give you all of the online troubleshooting I can. If you can, connect back online, and do a

license transfer on your 360. If that doesn't work, I'm wondering if there might be something wrong with the hard drive or flash drive you're currently using. We'll want to rule out any flash drives, if possible, so move the game to the internal hard drive
(if you have one). And let's go ahead and re-install the update on the console. You can do that by going to Settings > System > Storage and then do the button sequence LB RB X LB RB X. This should prompt you to remove the
update, and then restart your console when you say yes. Let the update install, then try again.

DLC not working when offline means the console license for the DLC is not bound to the console you're using.



Go to the
License Transfer page and start the transfer process. It will show you your console IDs and how many licenses each has bound to it. I suspect you're going to see more than one console ID, indicating that you purchased/downloaded DLC to a different console
before the one you're currently using.



To fix the problem, you'll have to perform a transfer to your current console.

Also, if it makes a difference, it's The Pitt, Operation Anchorage, and Broken Steel that don't work. (My three favorites. D

Source? Well, first off all, the DLC that came with the signature edition of the game is unusable offline right now. And it's not co-op/multi-player only DLC. Some of it is weaponry that you use in single player campaign as well. When I asked about this
at the official forums, one of the Ubi representatives said this will likely be the case for the new premium DLC.

The DLC that's coming out next week is valid for both online and offline co-op/multi-player, and also includes weapons that you can use in the single player campaign. And then there's the fact that the game supports offline system link multi-player. To use
the DLC though you will still have to be logged into the Ubisoft server through the game even if you want to use it in an "offline" system link game.

What game is it? Are you tyring to play DLC from that game? I ask as some DLCs can't be used through GS
