Cant use custom gamer pics

    Cant use custom gamer pics


    I dont have the option to use custom gamerpictures when i am of age with adult account any ideas why?

    Hi,

    I use the Xbox Beta App and after a recent update it said I could now upload custom gamer pics when I try to do this the option to upload the custom gamer pics isn't showing

    Ms bad service they cant help me

    sorry the pics i bought dont work try it the pics are allies gamer pic they are 40 ms points but you cant use them i jst stays on your harddrive

    Cant use custom gamer pics

    you need to be an adult account you cannot change the age of your account after creation if the age of your account originally was set above 18 by now.remove it from the family and see what happens if it works you are an adult

    If not it will ask you to add another adult account

    Adult privacy settings isn't an adult account fyi

    I heard on the Xbox one beta app that you can use an image for a custom gamer pic, is that allowed for a custom gamer pic?

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.
