    Can't use code download game


    I bought a xbox one together with a tomb rider in HK, I'm currently in China mainland, I tried to use this code to download game with 25 code input, but each time I try it only shows a circle spine for several minutes and after that circle disappear but nothing
    happened, no place to input the code. Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

    I bought the game from a small store in Dortmund, Germany. What do I do then? I bought a new game and I can't use the download code....

    Sorry to hear it. I did a check for the game both in Hong Kong and China. Although Tomb Raider is available for download in Hong Kong it is not available at all in China. This would be the reason that you cannot download the game where you are at the
    moment.

    You should try redeeming the code on the website here so it is stored on your account and next time you are in Hong Kong you will be able to download the game to your console.

    Store but the game can't because game is not marked as purchased.

    Since the code was used, it can't be used again. However, the fact that it was used should make the game available through your download/purchase history. Search there and re-download it.
