Can't use cloud gaming on windows 10 computer

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

If you have a computer with windows 10 then you can access the recordings from your computer using these steps:

Hey LillyLoo83! Taking a look at your public profile it looks like the games you are playing most recently don't save their game data to the cloud on Windows 10. This means you will have to start over on your new computer or, if you haven't factory reset
it, use the old computer for this game. If you have any other issues please post back!

Launching the game through the Xbox (beta) app worked! Now I have cloud saves across my two Windows 10 computers. Thank you so much for your help!

Same error message after having cancel the installation of a game with xbox game pass.

Now i can't install Gear 5 on C: or D: (NTFS both).

I have installed few games some days ago without problems.

Cloud computer, Shadow.

Xbox beta app 2006.2001.18.0

Windows 10 just updated to 2004 and same problem.

Apps from store and Windows up to date.
