Can't use Battlefield 1 due to screwed up sign in avatar.

How can I kill the connection to battlefield 1 and the bad avatar? Then connect the game to the good avatar?

Can't start up battlefield 1

every time I start it up it backs me out to the menu and error code: 0x87e107e3 I can open other games and my friend has the same problem but with opening rocket league

I unplugged everything and it let me sign in but it doesnt let me play any games still

Can you tell us a bit more about what you're trying to accomplish? Are you trying to move your game data from one account to another? If so that wouldn't be possible.

I'm sorry to see any issues with Battlefield 1! I know it was a pain to download the game, but have you uninstalled and reinstalled the game yet? This generally fixes these types of issues, and since it had some issues downloading at first, it's possible
that the game was corrupt while downloading. We did have a service alert a few days ago that could have impacted your ability to download games, and it could have caused this.

If you do download it again, be sure to have the console connected via ethernet cable so that you have the best possible connection. Let me know how it goes, or if you've already done this, and we'll look at our next steps together.

You sign up on Battlelog. Google "Battlefield CTE signup" and you can sign up. You have to download a plug-in and Origin on a PC. Sign up and follow the instructions. You can't play on consoles, only on PC.
