Can't use alan wake and Alan wake American nightmare codes

i received these two codes today and I can't use them, it says have a error and try another time, I use it on my xbox one and website, it's the same thing.

What is the error code you are getting? If should a appear as a string of letters and numbers (sometimes two lines) in the bottom right corner of the redeem box on xbox.com.
