    i received these two codes today and I can't use them, it says have a error and try another time, I use it on my xbox one and website, it's the same thing.

    What is the error code you are getting? If should a appear as a string of letters and numbers (sometimes two lines) in the bottom right corner of the redeem box on xbox.com.

    You would get this code if your account region doesn't match your actual region, or if the content is not available in your region.

    You will need to make sure your account matches your physical location to be able to redeem it. If you haven't already, please change your region to match your physical location,
    and then try again.

    I haven't received the Alan Wake code either. I checked the shop again and Alan Wake is part of the sale while American Nightmare was the preorder.

    Just to clarify, the only codes that have been sent out are for Alan Wake: American Nightmare. Codes for Alan Wake will be sent out 7-10 days after the release of Quantum Break. If you have not received a code for American Nightmare, be sure to let us know.
