    I bought a 3 months xbox live subscription and i have credited my microsoft account of 10 euros in the hope of being able to play online. However by entering the code an error message is displayed, impossible to use the money spend.

    Microsoft account to xbox live

    You can't use money in your Microsoft account to pay for live.

    You need to use a credit/debit card,paypal or a xbox live subscription card.

    You can't pay for xbox live with your account money.

    You need an actual 1month,3 month,12 month subscription card or pay via credit/debit card.

    You can't buy xbox live with your account money.

    You can only buy it with a credit/debit card or paypal account or use a actual live subscription card which come in 1,3 & 12 month subscriptions.
