Can't use 14 day good membership

You show as having gold here. You may want to check your subscriptions at

Are you, perhaps, on a 14 day trial card?

If so, trial memberships can't benefit the GwG program.

Are you saying that you used the 14 day trial and then underneath the 14 days it stopped working? Its not 14 time you sign on it is 14 days from the day you first used the trial. If you liked what you saw and used when connected to live I suggest getting
a gold membership.

I am assuming the 14 days of gold is a free trial as microsoft do not sell 14 day gold memberships.. Free trials do not give you access to all the gold features. This is meant to be used to test the xbox live features. If you want access to gold exclusive
demos and access apps that require gold membership you will need to purchase a proper gold membership.

The account you're using now won't be able to download the game (it's Silver), so assuming he is using another it needs to be a 'full' Gold membership and not a Trial membership (48-hour or 14-day codes).
