    Can't upload videos to OneDrive

I've tried uploading 4 different videos to OneDrive with limited success. 3 of the videos I simply added a voice-over and tried to upload, while the 4th video was a multi-clip video with voice-over. My 1st and 3rd video uploaded with no problems. But my
2nd and 4th video will fully render and will get to 100% rendered and uploaded, then I get an error saying that it can't be uploaded at this time and to try again later. This only occurs if I select to upload to OneDrive. If I just upload to Upload Studio
it works. However, I want to share these videos with a Facebook group and can only do it if it's uploaded to OneDrive, it does me no good just having it locally on my Xbox.

Originally I did not have the OneDrive downloaded on my Xbox, but I was able to upload my first video without it. I downloaded the OneDrive app and was able to get my 3rd video downloaded. But now my 4th video won't download.

It should be noted that I'm running on an awful Clear 4G Wireless modem connection, so my upload speed is only 0.9Mb/s so that could be the problem. But that's the same speed it's been the whole time, so why do some videos upload and others don't?

Because of my upload speed, it takes up to an hour for each attempt so needless to say I've already wasted a lot of time on this. Please let me know if there's anything I can do.

    Thank you.

    :)

    Hey there, PFC G0D

How big is the last video you are trying to upload?

Also, how much storage space do you have left on your OneDrive Account?

Lastly, what video format is the videos in?

Please post back with the answers soon, and I will try and help you further

    Regards,

I can't upload videos on OneDrive

    Hi Khaleds3,

Thanks for your post. Have you attempted to do the same action (upload videos to OneDrive for your Xbox One) using another account? In effort to troubleshoot this, please try

    signing into another account
on your console, record a video/clip and attempt to upload it to OneDrive for said account.

Please let us know how this goes.

I can't upload videos on OneDrive

    Hi ,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

I suggest doing some basic console troubleshooting. Go ahead and do a
hard restart and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console
for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a soft factory reset.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your
    network during the reset.

Give those two steps a try and let us know if either helped.
I tried both Solutions but none of them seems to work

Uploading to OneDrive, but on the mobile app I can’t play the videos...

Can you clarify your issues a bit so we can troubleshoot a bit better? What platform are you on where you don't see the "upload" to Xbox Live or OneDrive anymore? Is this on Mobile, Win10, Xbox console?

And as for playing videos, is that directly in the OneDrive app, and if so, again, what platform are you on?
Ok I'll explain with the best of my ability,so like for one capture only the options for upload limits down to Xbox Live only and I can't see the Upload to Onedrive icon. But whenever I hit the checkmark to manage multiple captures I see the option to Upload
to Onedrive but that happens on Xbox.I use the mobile Onedrive app for captures,so when I get the notification that it uploaded to OneDrive and I go to look at it,there's only a play button picture and not a random thumbnail for the gameclip.Same if it's not
a video from my Xbox, like an MP3 file can't play but has the note icon, that's the best I can explain it PalmettoBling.
