Can’t upload to find groups

Me and my bf share a console he has his set of friends I wanna find some but when I got to post looking for a group of friends it does not let me we use the Xbox 1 this is also a problem for him

If you're having trouble joining an Xbox Live group, someone in the group might have a problem with NAT (Network Address Translation). To find out, ask everyone in the group to test their Xbox Live connection. See how:
Press the Panel  button on the controller, go to settings and select System Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired Network or your wireless network name (if you are prompted to do so).
Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
If you are signed in to a profile, select Yes when notified that testing your network connection will disconnect everyone, and select Continue.

I can’t remember the email I used and can’t access it do u know a way I could find out I don’t have a Xbox family group

I have done all that cleared browse history even wiped full phone and it’s funny u can’t find anything as I found loads and also in a discord group with about 50 people saying they have the same issue

I’m having the same issue where I can’t leave. I can’t change my Xbox settings or even access the page on search browsers because it says I’m in a family group yet I didn’t join one and no-one is added to mine. My age on my account is correctly 21, but it still forces the family group restrictions with no way to stop them. I can’t even look at my Xbox profile anymore!
