Can't Upload Resident Evil game clips.

I have to find a way which works, but it is not very practical, it is enough to make a multi-video, by using a first sequence of another game hidden by an appearance, followed by the video wanted cut in three piece and to end with an other one games. Sorry

Heathen - That actually is under investigation with the gamerscore situation! I can definitely keep you all updated on that.

Emi - If your gamerscore is still not accurate across your consoles, could you tell me what 2 different numbers you are seeing? I'd like to pass your information along to the investigating teams for you.

 

My achievements updated after getting one on the 360, it jumped from about 43700 to 44040. The Xbox one did update my achievements the first time I got them, so I'd be at about 43900, but when I'd sign back in it went back down again to 43700.

I hope the upload issue gets sorted soon, I'm rather worried of losing my videos somehow, which is pretty weird because I thought I'd never bother to use the dvr on the XBONE.

 

Thanks so much for the update, Emi! It seems like the fluctuating gamerscore issue should be resolved. Please do let me know if you are still seeing that.

We are still looking into the game clips issue, however we are being told to ensure you guys are still having this issue. Are you guys still unable to load up clips for Resident Evil right now? Please post back so that I can pass the information along to

Hi Misses Quinzel. Yes, I am still having the problem with uploading Resident Evil videos. It still seems like the folder or whatever hasn't been added for Resident Evil in UPLOAD as there is no tile there for Resident Evil when searching by game.

I tried to upload a Resident Evil clip today and it gave me the same "Can't upload at the moment" message. These features should be present and correct when the game is released. We shouldn't have to wait for a patch. Too many games at the moment are coming
out with aspects of the game that don't work, and its unacceptable!

 

I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems uploading RE clips. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

What I was trying to say is, I'm losing faith in the Xbox capabilities and the Xbox Support. I can't get games on Xbox that I wish to record, because I can't be sure it will even work and if it doesn't, that it will be fixed in a reasonable time frame. It's
sad, but I guess it can't be helped.

 

I appreciate everything Misses Quinzel and Mister Quimby are doing here, I honestly do, but the fact is that it's been three weeks since release and we are still unable to record videos of Resident Evil. This, in turn, means that it's been three weeks since
we've been able to use part of our Gold membership. Do you think we will be compensated for being good sports about this once the problem is fixed? ^ω^

 

I fully agree with Heathen Baboon. I appreciate the replies but I've spent lots of money on Xbox and Microsoft. I have waited weeks to upload a video AND spend money to "ALLOW" me to do so with a Xbox gold membership. It also seems that I constantly need
to wait for the network to go back up, friends feed to come back online, download my games, wait for games to be patched cause of bugs, bugged achievements, etc. I don't mean to get off topic but I'm disappointed about not getting what I pay for more then
half the time cause off problems completely out of my hands. Please help the Xbox community out while we still remain loyal to you, otherwise I'll be forced to spend my money elsewhere.... I don't mean to come across as angry or mad; just honest and truthful
to you. A good yet rare business or company would put there customers first and there money second! Good service and support guarantees loyalty and thus monetary gain.... Anyway go Xbox Support!!!! I still have faith in you!!!!

 

It's been over a month. With no updates (an update implies the situation has changed). Xbox isn't so good.
