    Can't upload custom profile pictures


    I tried to upload a custom profile photo and I get a message saying due to my recent behavior I am unable to set a custom photo. I have never uploaded a inappropriate photo before so what is the issue? If a recent profile pic was reported I would like to
    know which one and why.

    Sounds like your previous gamerpic violated the ToU/CoC.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    here     to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

    I can't upload a custom profile picture

    I went to log into my Xbox live profile and my profile picture had changed to a childish one and it said my password was wrong so I reset my password and I logged in and I couldn't upload a custom profile pic or edit my bio or anything it said
    all these features were blocked due to past behavior. Microsoft please get this fixed.

    pretty much we cant change our gamerpictures because they disabled the feature due to people being at home playing games.

    personally i dont see the point in this as it is very annoying that i cant change my custom picture and it is stuck as one that i dont like anymore.

    microsoft you need to add this feature back.

    Maybe not but Sony are throttling download speeds on PSN so each platform is dealing with the massive increase in user traffic in their different ways.

    The point is that disabling custom gamer pics,backgrounds etc. free's up people to work on more important things & puts less stress on xbox live.

    On March 27, 2020, Xbox turned off a few features for custom uploads on the Xbox services. Here are the features that are impacted:

    Custom Gamerpics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club pics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club backgrounds on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom captures and game clips on Xbox Console Companion PC (Beta) app (Permanent)

    As people look to gaming for social connection, Xbox is seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for the community, Xbox has made small adjustments. Some features like uploading
    custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds are temporarily disabled.

    You will also be unable to upload custom images in the following areas:
    Custom Gamerpics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club pics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club backgrounds on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Uploading captures and game clips on Xbox Console Companion (Beta) app on PC (Permanent)
