    Can't upload custom gamer picture on the Xbox beta app


    Whenever I try to upload a custom gamer picture to the Xbox beta app, I get told that only people over 18 can upload custom pictures, despite my date of birth being 1990 on my Microsoft account. I did recently change my date of birth because it was wrong
    (the old date would have meant I wasn't over 18) don't know if that has something to with it but if you know how to fix the issue plz contact meCan't upload custom gamer picture on the Xbox beta app :)

    Need help uploading custom gamer picture from the internet

    When I try to upload a custom gamer picture on the Xbox (beta) app, I get an error saying that "people under the age of 18 can't upload custom images" even though I turned 18 just last month. How do I fix this problem?

    Can't get Custom gamerpic because it says I'm under 18

    All of my friends have managed to get a custom gamerpic using the Xbox beta app. When I tried doing it, a message came up telling me that I can't upload a customer picture because I am under 18, which isn't true because I am 18. Is there any way I could
    get past this problem and upload a custom gamerpic?

    Unfortunately if you originally set up your account with the incorrect birthdate, changing it later wouldn't affect your account privileges. You'll need to wait for your original account birth date reaches the age of 18. Thanks a ton for your understanding!

    This feature has been temporarily removed due to the influx of users on the service. Once things stabilize, they'll most likely re-introduce the feature back to the platform.
    Hey, the customize upload profile picture feature has been down over a month. Which is not soon at all. Other companies allow instant upload custom pictures uploads without a single issue. We are all feeling impatient and ignored by Xbox Live? Just doesn't
    make any sense for millions of people who wants to change gamer pictures.
    Is another way to upload gamer pictures?

    Xbox is the best gaming console in the world. Can't Xbox Live allow to migrate custom picture uploads overtime instead of completely shutting down upload custom pictures? There is no customer support number for these
    issues.

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    Every time I try and upload a custom gamer picture anywhere I do it, I get the message "Sorry, we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while." This keeps happening and I'm not able to upload the picture I want to use. Can someone
    help me?
    Xbox was working on the custom gamer picture settings which didn't allow anyone to change their gamerpic.

    As of now, you can change change your gamerpic back to anything you want.

    Now that the Xbox App allows Custom Gamerpics, I am STILL getting the same issue I was getting with the Xbox (Beta) App while trying to upload a gamerpic! I even tried to boot up the updated Beta App and both Apps are giving me the same "Sorry, we can't
    upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while" message. I totally give up! I can not find a single person who is also getting this error, nobody from support knows what is going on either!
