Can't upload custom gamer pic

Discus and support Can't upload custom gamer pic in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; can someone help Me? I've been apart of the Xbox insider program for about a month or two and can't access insider forums and can't upload a gamer pic...     Can't upload custom gamer pic


    can someone help

    Me? I've been apart of the Xbox insider program for about a month or two and can't access insider forums and can't upload a gamer pic (ring 4) do I have to wait for the next update or is it already possible for ring 4 to upload gamer pics?

    can't upload custom gamer pic. It says my USB drive is there when I go to media player but not when I go to upload a gamer pic

    Why is it i'm registered under the age of 19 yet I can't upload a custom gamer pic, can someone help me.

    Can't upload custom gamer pic

    Only those in the Alpha ring can upload gamerpics via the console. You can upload them through the Xbox beta app on Windows 10.

    As Smwutches states, this feature is only available for users in the Alpha ring (Ring 0) and through the Xbox beta app on PC. You should now have access to the Insider Forums linked at the bottom of my post for further inquiries about this feature.
