Cant upgrade to Xbox Ultimate from normal game pass.

Anyone else unable to upgrade to ultimate? See images.





I click this, but when I get to the next page, the join button is greyed out and gives a NO ENTRY symbol when hovering.





Can anyone help here?

Support operators are very helpful and they will surely help you to solve your problem.

Please try if it works out when you try to join directly from the website or your console. That should work without an issue. If that don't work too you should try to contact the support team.

At the moment you post there was issue with Xbox Live, now all is working fine, retry.

Have you previously taken a discounted offer of game pass, if so, I'm sure that £2 deal doesn't count, that may be the issue. It also may not work if you were gifted the game pass sub,or gold that you are currently using. Assuming.you have a current gold
sub.

If you upgraded from Core to Ultimate, this is normal.

When you upgrade Game Pass, you have to pay for 1 month of Ultimate first. So you are technically charged twice, but both of these payments go towards your Game Pass subscription time.
