    Can't Upgrade to Gold


    I'm trying to purchase a 1 month Gold subscription but every time I try it doesn't work. I try to play a game and it says I need to upgrade. I have not been charged, meaning the purchase isn't going through. I tried here on the website and it said my card
    couldn't be authorized. There is nothing wrong with my card and it doesn't expire for two years.

    No issue at all. You can upgrade to Gold anytime.

    The $24.99 option worked. Odd. Must be a glitch with their system. Whatever, at least now I can play.

    I'm glade to see that you are able to get Gold. If you still have problems buying content please let us know. First, please contact your bank to ensure their is no locks and then delete the card from Xbox and re-enter the correct information.

    The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE.

    You can't play multiplayer with a silver account, you need to upgrade to gold.

    Gold membership is cancelled after upgrading to ultimate membership and cancelling my ultimate membership subscription.

    Well no as two things

    First.you lose your gold as you upgraded to.ultimate and don't need gold after upgrading

    SECOND

    As per the terms of the upgrade you can't cancel if you do you forfeit the upgraded time and only can get refund for the upgrade NOT THE UPGRADED TIMehey do warn you when you cancel

    Customer.support.cannot restore the membership

    As you broke the terms of the upgrade and ignored the warning and clicked cancel anyways

    You look at your subscription

    Now if it is an upgraded subscription with prepaid time just turn off autorenewal as it was a free upgrade you don't get q upgraded refund and you forfeit your gold balance

    You would only get the upgrade price.which would.be 1 or 3.month which you bought

    When you upgraded you canceled the gold and upgraded the complete time to xgpu

    That can't be refundrd

    I believe you can't convert it after your current gold has expired. You can upgrade but can't downgrade when you convert your gold because its a promotion type deal.
