Can't update?

This has been happening for a couple of weeks now, I can't update games, so I uninstalled and I tried re installing Then it keeps saying "Installation stopped" It's annoying and games and apps that need an update I can't even use.

Can't login

I am a new user and I have not yet connected to Xbox Live through the console. I already updated the console software and now I am trying to login to Xbox Live. First I chose a profile, then I type my email and password - the same I use in my email and to
login here. Then I get the message

"This WL ID is associated to a different gamertag. Type a different WL ID and password".

What is going on?

I can't message people. Whenever I try, this happens:

I go to the site, it says check if I have been banned or something. I have a perfect record there. Then it says if you are good there, then update your security settings. All of them have been updated. I contacted Microsoft and they made me do all sorts
of stuff that ultimately did nothing. Then at the end they said that its a problem a lot of people are having. I'm getting sick of not being able to message or chat with people. I cant respond to them when they message me. I can't ask for an invite. Nothing.
Please help.

please try the following steps:

1. Cancel and removed any current updates that are in the Queue
2. Check if enough space is available on the console
3. Run a network test on the console to be sure there are no connectivity issues
4. Manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that still fails then I suggest trying a Factory Reset (with keeping games and apps installed) via the steps mentioned on this link:

Unfortunately none of those did the trick I'm digging deep on a solution to this problem.

 

Are You an Xbox Insider? If You are not, You could become one and see If a new update would solve your problem.

 

Are you using an external HDD for games&apps?
