    Cant update Xbox One


    I keep trying to update my Xbox One S but the download stays at 0%. My internet works perfectly fine and I feel like the problem has something to with Xbox Insiders. I uninstalled the app but didn't unenroll from it, and now I cant reinstall it to unenroll.
    If i go skip the update and stay offline and then try to go online, it immediately takes me back to the update screen. I dont want to reset my xbox because that'll erase 8 years of progress and memories. Please help.
