i ve done everything an wont restore to factory or update with usb ? i get error 102 an 101 .. how do i fix this ? thanks

if it wasn't help then you should contact with support, may be the HDD in your Xbox is dead

i have the same problem i had green screen had to do a factory reset then i downloaded my profile did the offline system update now im trying to download fortnite and it keeps stopping to installation

what do i do i ave been trying to fix it all day
