Cant update store,EA and others

Discus and support Cant update store,EA and others in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my xbox wont update the apps in update, it moves them to que and just says download stoped and gives code 0x80240013 cant find anything about this...     my xbox wont update the apps in update, it moves them to que and just says download stoped and gives code 0x80240013 cant find anything about this code. I noticed this when i tried to install netflix and got the same error

    Same here. None of my xbox live features are working properly since the update last night. Cant access "Friends" "EA Access" and "Community" features, the "Store" or even the "Xbox Preview Dashboard"

    Can't download Titanfall Frontiers Edge xbox 360

    Also purchased season pass, and it wont download from there either (in TF store or Xbox Store). Can dload the others fine. Anyone? Or is this purely an Xbox/Respawn/EA delivery issue?

    Has anyone fixed this issue? Very frustrating that the Code is not even recognized! Microsoft are you working on this??!!

    Getting 0x80240013 "download stopped" as soon as I try to download the Blu-Ray app. This is my first gaming console and one of the main reasons for buying was due to it being able to play DVDs. Well, since the **** at Microsoft didn't put the app on the
    console out of the box and the **** can't seem to keep the app download working, I have an expensive paperweight that I would like to shove up someone's ass!!! Not impressed.

    Same issue. I saw it first yesterday when trying to install Netlfix. I tried this morning with the free blu ray app, same issue. However, when I update games I have bought, no issue. Anyone figure this out yet?

    it would appear that it has been fixed all my apps udated now and i was able to install netflix
