    Can't update or download games yet again


    So I'm having this problem a again, this time it's been about a week and I haven't been able to update or download games again, what the hell is going on? It's definitely not something on my end causing this problem as I've spoken to a few people having
    this problem including my brother and I've literally tried everythingetting.

    Pretty much everything you can think off apart from factory reset which doesn't work as someone I spoke to did it and didn't work. I've connected my xbox to my aunties Internet but didn't work, tried installing stuff on my external drive but didn't work.
    And tried a lot of other stuff but it didn't work.

    I'm not doing that as someone I spoken too did it and it didn't work and now he's stuck with no games.
