Can't update my xbox360

Hi, I've tried to uppdate my console for a couple of Days now. The message displayed is that I need to download an update for Xbox Live, but when I try this I got the message "Update Failed - Can't Download"

Status Code 4476-0000-3080-0502-8007-0070. I've also tried to reinstall the whole console but ends up with the message above.

Any suggestions?

I was told few mouths ago that they are no longer updating the 360.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your 360 updated.

If you're still having problems even after trying the previously posted troubleshooting steps, I would suggest trying to connect the console directly to your modem with an ethernet cable or try rolling back your console updates as outlined in

Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console.

When you get a chance, give those steps a go and let us know how that helped.
