    i keep getting a error code 0x80072efd when i try to update my xbox one and its part of preview program. Went through chat and have since reset console and can not get to update i get the error code

    New dashboard question

    so I have two Xbox ones in my house, mine and my sons
    I am in the preview program only and my son is not in any programs
    He turned his Xbox on today to see an update which was strange since we both have instant on
    He now has the new dashboard and I'm on the original one
    How did his Xbox one get update when he isn't in any preview programs? And why is making be not update?

    So what's the point of doing quests in the Preview Program?

    How do I remove myself from the preview program ? I swear my Xbox has been acting up because of the program updates. I am fine waiting until all the bugs are ironed out and updates are released to public

    are you by any chance in the xbox preview program ? I also noticed my dashboard changed from the xbox preview dashboard back to the normal one after the update
