    Can’t update my Xbox 360


    Im tryng to update my xbox 360. It fails everytime. I cant connect to xbox live because it needs an update. And i cant update because i cant connect to xbox live.

    im getting an error code:

    4497 0000 3080 0506 8007 2EE2

    ive tried resetting my network settings to factory defaults and using wifi or ethernet.

    i have lots of storage space available. 247GB on the hard drive and 2.8GB on the “Memory Unit”.

    network statistics show i can hit the internet 7.98Mbsp on upload, 1.16Mbsp on the download.

    please help!!!

    All 360 online services are down. Back compatible games on Xbox one can’t save.

    I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

    I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

    Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

    I understand you need help with your Xbox 360 problem.

    Are you getting an error message or code?

    If you can still go to the dashboard, you may try these steps:

    Go to Settings>> System>> Storage>>Highlight your storage>> Press LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X then hit Yes.

    This will restart the Xbox and delete the update to update it again. This might help fix the problem to delete problems with the update.

    If you can no longer go to the dashboard, I would suggest updating it offline with this guide:
