    Hi,

    I've try to update my new wired controller. Then, I have on my screen a message that say that the controller is updating but after a 45 min wainting, it is still at 0%. What can I do ?

    Where Has Volume Control Gone?

    I'm currently having to use a wired controller, as my Elite one is getting replaced. However, with the new preview update, the feature to change volume, etc., has been removed. So I can't adjust it between party chat and game sounds.

    Minecraft help.

    Do controller updates happen automatically? Wire your controller to the console and check for an update.

    It dosen't help... in french it's write : "Mise jour de la manette en cours...". Not sure in english but it could be: Updating controller in progress... The problem is that it stay at 0% for hours... Need help on that please.

    I see. Just to make sure our bases are covered, do you happen to notice this issue when you have the controller connected to a different USB port on the console?

    Also, is your console currently using a wired or wireless connection? Want to make sure that your console meets our network
    requirements.

    I've try to connect my wired controller to another usb port without success. I've try to wire my xbox one and it change nothing. Also, I now have games that can't update. Maybe all these problems are related ?

    Elite Series 2 Controller USB doesn't work anymore, Bluetooth works fine.

    I'm having the same issue since the update 10/13/2022. None of my controllers will power on. Wired or wireless. Batteries have been replaced an new wire purchased to see if that was the issue. Can't do anything. Need a fix ASAP.
