Can't update Games at all

Hello for some odd reason my profile can no longer download updates for games every time I try to it says I am disconnected from xbox live and then get an error message with the error code 4467-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A according to the error search on xbox
support it's due to account/license validation.

I tried deleting and re downloading my profile and nothing, I even tried a license transfer and still won't work, and I cleared the system cache.

Thing is I tried my brothers profile and his profile works and can update games. I tried my dads profile and his is experiencing the same issues and we just recently recovered his profile.

So I am a bit confused on why none of the games are not getting updated on my profile or my dads. He also gets the same 4467-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A error. Like I said my brothers account is just fine and updated games with his.

If I have to create a brand new account, somewhat going to be a bit mad truthfully. Bought a bunch of games with this accoeven unt and switched most of my games from actual disks to on demand but hopping this can get fixed in all honesty.

I have even tested the connection and all is fine and like I said my brother can download the updates. So it truly doesn't make any sense. Also most of the games on the Xbox are under my account.

Can't open downloaded game at all

Howdy!

So basically what happened is I recently purchased a digital copy of Dying light. I heard it was good, bought it, whatever.

The problem was when I tried to boot it up It says this EXACTLY:

"Sorry, We cannot launch this"

"The Item you are trying to launch appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling it then reinstalling (0x80070570)"

I Uninstalled and reinstalled and it gave me the same thing. I've also tried to move it to my internal storage (I was using my external), but to no avail.

Also I don't know if this would have any effect on anything but I bought the bundle with all of the DLC's.

you are going to have to play online more with open games like startrek online or neverwinter which are free

Sorry for the double post in all honesty wouldn't let me edit and forgot there was a time limit for editing posts lol.

Anyway forgot to include I am on the xbox 360 and the few disc games I own won't update at all either. Still the same exact error message.

I can even connect to xbox live and play online. Also it's not the HDD just redownloaded a game this morning and all is fine & my brothers account is still working perfectly fine go figure lol. Guessing I just might end up with me creating a new account
in all honesty. Have even browsed and googled the issue and not much comes up. Have already tried doing most of the suggestions I found on google and none have worked.

Are you using your Xbox 360 with your brother's profile, or are they using a different Xbox 360? How is your Xbox 360 connected to your network, wired or wireless?

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

You can't. All game updates can only be done via the console using XBL.
