Can't update Dead Rising 3

Discus and support Can't update Dead Rising 3 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I put a disc with Dead Rising 3 into Xbox One tray, lanuch the game and agree to update.     Can't update Dead Rising 3


    I put a disc with Dead Rising 3 into Xbox One tray, lanuch the game and agree to update. Every time I do so I get an error message "There was a problem with the update, go to
    http://xbox.com blah blah blah". Tried powering unpluging power from the console for 30 seconds to clear cache, but it doesn't seem to help... Any ideas?

    Can't update Dead Rising 3

    Hi,

    did you already installed the game on your X1?

    If you did it, please deinstall it first and istall it again.

    The update should be installed and solve the Problem.

    At the Homescreen navigate to the game and press the menue button to deinstall the game.
