Can't update controller.

I can't update the controller, as I stated in the question the problem is the controller won't connect so I can't get to the update page

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue.

Since you have already tried the steps on
Troubleshoot Update issues with your Xbox One controller, I would then next try what we call a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

I am also having the same issue. Tried everything spent 3+ hours with support and no fix. Exhausted every possible solution, nothing please fix this asap Microsoft!

They are updated they are brand new controllers I can't use them if they are not updated that's the 1st step with new controllers

I can't update the controller and I can't see hardware and drivers!?
