Can't unpin or pin on dashboard

This has recently happened to me, I am unable to pin or unpin anything from my xbox dash board. I have done a LOT to try an fix it but so far I'm out of luck, its not on my end at all. I believe this issue is also going to cause any future purchases I make
impossible. I would like some sort of confirmation that this issue will be dealt with.

Pin/Unpin/Re-arrange apps

I have figured out how to pin apps but having issues with unpinning/re-arranging the apps from the Dashboard pin screen. I cannot figure out how to pin Internet Explorer.

Also, Is there a way to unpin apps? specifically Game DVR. I understand sometimes apps come built in and cannot be removed but I just wish to unpin this.

Also, can you arrange the icons on the pins page to your liking and if so how? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

You can pin games and apps but can't pin episodes/series anymore?

It's easy to add pins to the dashboard. Press the "start" button and select pin to home. Then press the guide button. Select pins. Then select add pins to home.

Now my problem is why can't I pin an episode anymore? It was really nice feature to have. Like Crunchyroll I would have shortcuts direct to anime series. They are now gone and can't be added back. I even unpin then repin and nothing changes.
