    Cant unmute friends!!!


    Hello, this started yesterday, I enter a party and one of my friends is muted, I did not mute him, so i tried to unmute him but it never work, after jamming the A button forever, it says "mute" (witch it indicate that it work, right?) but it will auto mute
    again, now, today it happens with another friend, this times after hitting the A for ever and then do a cold restart to the xbox, i was able to talk to him, thou it keep saying that he is muted, after 1 hour it kick me out of the party and i have to do this
    all over again.

    On reddit there are a lot of this post, no solution and if you look here, there are other people having the same issue, Support does not know what is going on and they just ask you to do a full reset to you Xbox (HELL NO).

    Can anyone tell us what is going on, this is really frustrating...

    Note:

    Xbox configuration:

    XBOX ONE X

    Nat: Open (All the xbox port forwarded and static IP)

    100/30 Mb speed

    Also, i'm on the xbox preview, Alpha, but there is not any report of this as a bug.

    i cant unmute my friend on xbox i muted him and now i cant unmute him i tried restarting my xbox i Cant do anything it wont stop messing up

    Cant unmute friends!!!

    Cannot unmute friend as well, cycled power of console and router, still nothing. Same issue with Xbox app.

    same problem guys, has nothing to do with internet connection, my friend muted me yesterday and cant unmute, we tried blocking each other then unblocking, deleteing friend and adding friend with no hope, im **** sick of xbox its a ****oblem every month

    Hi, I have the same problem... The only solution I found is to spam the A button on unmute and when i see my friend unmuted I stop the spamming. With this solution I can talk with my friend BUT when I leave the party my friend is muted again...

    I saw that there are a lot of video on YouTube for this bug... so pls fix that bug the most quickly that you can...

    same problem dude please let me know if u figure it out, thank god i spent 60 on **** xbox live and 100 on turtle beaches so bill **** gates can sit on his lazy ass and not give a ****. Like literally ive had to call xbox support about 1000 times this year
