AS , the title says I can’t unmute a friend I have contacted Xbox they couldn’t help so if anyone knows how to fix it plz tell me ,

Glitch! Have one friend that keeps defaulting to mute

I have one friend that I can’t unmute. Tried blocking/unblocking and that doesn’t work and the mute/unmute is not working so I can’t unmute in chat or in game chat. Please help!

for some reason I can’t unmute some of my friends nothings wrong just won’t let me press unmute

It is a known problem, it is being worked on and will hopefully be fixed soon.

Same problem, tried everything from nat to privacy settings its broken and I cant fix it
