    Can't unlock achievement or save DVR clips anymore


    I got the holiday bundle Xbox one and for awhile it was awesome and now I can't unlock achievements and my xbox is connected to the Internet and I can't save DVR clips and I have had other issues with the console before hand but nothing to major, I'm not
    going to return it because the policy is up and I don't know if this issue is temporary or not but this has been happening for 3 days I have tried restarting the console and nothing so if this can't be fixed I'm selling it and buying a ps4 I'm starting to
    loss faith for Xbox and I feel that if I spend 350 dollars for a console I should not have to worry about stuff like this and being with Xbox since the 360 and going through 2 accounts I'm dissapointed that I can't feel the same fun and entertainment like
    I did with the 360 anybody have any suggestions on my problem?

    Dvr issues (no save option for clips) any solutions?

    Can't save any game dvr and can't view them on smartglass either. I got 20+ clips and can't save any of them. My clips show gamertag/gamertag instead of gamertag/author any solutions?

    How do I save a game clip I've recorded?

    I have recorded a lot of game clips recently, but after a while they get deleted, so I was wondering how to save them. I used to be able to go to Game DVR and save them there, but the save option isn't there anymore and my clips still get deleted automatically.

    Xbox One Game Dvr clip failing

    Well it doesn't matter anymore since the entire clip is now like this. It appears to be a corruption, because when I "preview" it, the clip goes to the default game dvr background, but it's red.

    Figured I'd post here considering this is 1st things that pops up on google search.

    If your getting that error code on your game DVR and can't save clips:

    Clear persistent storage in Settings>Bluray DVD. Do this 3X in a row.

    Then go to network settings >advanced settings> clear alternate MAC address and then allow console to restart.

    After these steps, try to record a clip to DVR. Should work.
