Can't unlink because I lost my account.

I can't use my new Microsoft account on Minecraft for my PS5 because I lost/deleted my old one because I didn't have control of it, I wasn't able to play with friends due to being to young so I deleted the account (I was 11 at the time) but now I'm older and made a new account but I can't link it to my PSN account because it's already linked and I can't unlink it because it deleted. Any solutions

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft once it has been linked;

Also remember that it is only possible to link one Microsoft account per PSN account.

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support as only they have this information and see if they can help;

It's not that I don't have access to my Microsoft account. The fact that I can't unlink my Microsoft account that's connected to something that I can't unlink without knowing where to start.

in short old xbox live account lost, still want same Facebook on new account, can't access old xbox account to unlink, and Facebook doesn't show my Facebook as connected but when I try connecting Facebook to new account it says it's logged in to the old
account.

lost password solution to recover/change password.

It's an EA login that I can't get past, playstation won't help me.

I made the email account so I could gameshare with my kids and lost the password, tried the lost password which didn't work, so can't get in to verify the email from EA.

To get in I need someone I sent an email too and a subject header to match the email address and that was 11 years ago so I don't have a clue who or even if I sent 1 from the email address.

I need EA to cancel this account so I can login with a new account I have, can't unlink because I need to verify it aswel so can't do anything until this account has been deleted and I can link it to my new account which I can get into the email address.
