Cant uninstall or play certain games

Hi there Tim welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. All of you should try the following and see if it fixed the issue!

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

Make sure to wait at least 30 seconds after powering the console down and disconnect it from power and wait another 60 seconds before reconnecting and powering it on again.

If that didn't fix the issue, then I would suggest performing a Factory Reset (with keeping games and apps installed) as mentioned on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

so you cant play certain multiplayer maps in certain game modes?..like some wont be available in free for all?

He cant play certain games , it says shared content denied
