Can't uninstall games.

Last night I wanted to free up some hard drive space on my xbox. However when I went to manage game to delete a game like I always do, it just showed "view add ons". Do I need to do something different now?

So, Warmind (a DLC) isn't working completly so i thought i should re-install it. Nope, i can't delete it. So i thought maybe re-install Destiny. Nope, the DLC is still there even though i uninstalled Destiny. Please help, i really don't want to factory reset.

 

Try to delete a different game. If that did not work then try and hold the Xbox logo on your Xbox One for around 10 seconds. Let me know if this worked.

 

Is it possible to send me a picture of your screen after you went to Manage Game?

Coa Ninja mind removing your account from the console and do this offline and tell us if it has any change.

 

After clicking manage game you have to drop down box in top left corner and click uninstall all.

there was nothing in the top left corner :/ and and purp that didn't work either :/

 

Alright. Mind going into Settings - Network - Detailed Network Statistics and mind telling me the Download Speed, Upload Speed, Packet loss, Latency and Wireless Strength.

 

I would follow PurpleNurpe's suggestion of removing your profile, but I would then open your guide, go to Settings, Turn off console, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Boot it up, try uninstalling a game without adding
your account, then add your account and uninstall another one and see if it works either way.

 

Try removing your account completely from your xbox and re-downloading it.

A second possible solution is power cycling your console. Hold down the power button on the console first. Then disconnect your power cable for ten seconds to allow the box to reset as well.

 

Vengeful Wyvern We've tried removing the profile in my post earlier and KenH has included a power cycle in the previous post.

 

I removed my account turned my system off and re downloaded my account and nothing happened at all

 

As Giggles mentioned earlier there is a drop box that has the options to Move all, Copy all, Uninstall all you may have missed it it's Labeled as Internal / External Manage All (Storage Amount)
