Can’t unblock

Discus and support Can’t unblock in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I’m having a problem unblocking someone. I’ve tried everything but every time I exit the account page it re blocks him.     Can’t unblock


    I’m having a problem unblocking someone. I’ve tried everything but every time I exit the account page it re blocks him. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

    Can’t Unmute or Unblock

    All of the sudden, my friend just got blocked and muted. I never blocked or muted him. I spoke to an ambassador, and the problem was resolved. Then, in mid sentence, it happened again. When I click unmute nothing happens. The block/unblock button seems to
    be working fine. Any help?

    same problem your pretty much ****, xbox support just reads you the same script they do with every problem power down your console and nothing ever changes

    Yeah that’s the problem when you press unblock it auto blocks them again and you can’t unmute them so you can’t hear them but they don’t have you blocked they can hear you but you can’t unmute them and it’s weird because you have them added but when you go to their profile to see if you have them blocked it does
