Can't unblock explicit content for one guide

Customize the setting and look for You can share content, and unblock that one.

Under Family Safety App and Game Limits it has a little orange marker that shows an issue with the Xbox Console my daughter's profile is on. When I click on it, it tells me the message below. But when I go to that section, there are 31 things set to always
be blocked and they are all just web browsers, and not the HBO Max App.

So, what's the deal? Why can't a profile set to access the content, who has been given explicit permission to access the content, not access it? I appreciate it failing on the side of caution and not simply letting someone have access to it. But it's a little
strange that I've literally given access to say the content isn't blocked, set up appropriate permissions for the account profile in the app itself, and the account still can't access it on the console.

• Remove the app that says Only works on some versions of Windows"

Go to "Settings" and then "Privacy" and unblock anything under Content and unblock Partner Marketing. That is, if your account is an adult account. If not have your parents unblock it for you.
