    Yes I am supposed to be able to, but it still won't allow me to.

    I dont have any restrictions on my account.

    Try holding the ppwer button on the console until it turns off, unplug the console, plug it back in, then turn it on. Sometimes it just needs to resync.

    Your accon't is part of some Family group? Try See if the permission is ok on Family configuration, or in your console
