    Can't turn up mic monitoring on xbox


    Hi there

    I need to turn on mic monitoring so I can hear my voice. I've got a turtle beach stealth 600headset ll.

    Ive followed all the instructions online but when I look on xbox settings for the audio menu it's not there.

    Can anyone help? Advice greatly appreciated

    Sometimes it depends on what controller you're using. For example, when I use my Razer Wolverine Ultimate, the option isn't available.

    Try turning up the mic monitoring, for this you need to press the Xbox button at the bottom of the guide you will see 5 buttons press the one with the speaker, then in the options the las one will be mic monitoring

    Turn off Mic monitoring

    A few hours ago I had just bought a new Wireless Headset and I can hear myself talk. This can be fixed with Mic monitoring turned off but Microsoft removed it. I search my enture settings category and nothing with "Mic Monitoring" or any sliders showed up.
    I would like an answer as soon as possible. Thank You!
    The audio settings under "Profile & System" probably aren't showing up because you don't have your headset connected to your controller which means you can't access mic monitoring. Do you have any software delivered with your headset? Depending on your headset
    you should be able to turn it off with given software.

    try going to kinect and devices, then to devices and accessories then to volume and make sure the mic monitoring is turned up. Hope this helps
