    Cant turn on my xbox one s


    the title is a bit misleading because my Xbox itself is turned on, basically when my xbox is turned on it doesnt come through on the screen, i have checked the hdmi and its fine and my monitor is turned on. i have turned it off and on again for both my
    xbox and my monitor. im not sure why this is happening. please help

    xbox one video defaults to 640x480

    Hi, I have my xbox one s hooked up to a 4k tv. sometimes i dont want to turn on the tv and do game streaming. when i do, the console reverts to 640x480 and i cant change it. please fix.

    Sorry to hear you are running into issues. Now When the console is turned on the tv is not registering the console at all? Have you tested out different HDMI cords, made sure it is plugged into the correct HDMI port "to tv" on the console.

    I would advise you also take a look at the support article for "Troubleshooting a blank TV screen" to see we can get a
    display back.

    Let us know if this works!

    Xbox makes loud noise on start up

    My xbox one s makes a loud loud noise when start up it stops for about 30 sec and then comes back I try to turn it off but when the xbox is off it is louder than when it was on and now i cant use it for now sometimes i turn it on and it doesn’t make the

    so if you cant get your xbox fixed. buy a used working one would be cheaper than sending it in is the other solution.
