cant turn off renew subscription

im pressing on the turn off button of autorenew subscription for xbox live , and nothing happens , i cant take my credit card out of the site , and i cant cancel auto renew ?

what should i do ?"

Xbox one free trial

starting a trial will turn on auto-renew subscription. If you don't turn auto-renew off before the trial ends, you will be charged for a new subscription.

Problem with a membresy gold

Hi there,

Did you turn off auto renew before your subscription ended?

To switch from one subscription length to the other, you need to cancel the first subscription (and make sure auto renew is off).

you cannot remove a card from an active subscription. you will have to first turn off auto renewal (which you already did) then when your subscription runs out and you go back to silver, THEN you can remove it. if you want to remove it now you will have
to contact support but pretty sure it will end your subscription.

When you turn off the auto renewal on a gold subscription, you are only turning it off on the gold you have at that time. If you go back a few days later or a month later and purchase a new gold subscription (because you are controlling when you make that
purchase) then the auto renewal turns back on. You will then have to have that auto renewal turned off again. The auto renewal is not turned off forever, it's only turned off for the current gold subscription that you have. Hope that explains it a bit more.

You will still have to turn off auto-renewal after you start a trial. Anytime you start a trial or subscription from Xbox, it will turn on auto-renewal even if you have turned it off before. You can find out how to turn off auto-renewal here -
