cant turn off parental control or whatever (windows 10)

i have been searching the web for a solution but cant seem to be able to. I can't get to the page in Xbox to turn it off it just redirects me to a Microsoft page witch says the exaxt thing i was trying to do and i can not get in tuch With any Xbox/Microsoft
representative to turn this peice of **** feature off(Witch i never turned on and never will turn on if not for Microsoft **** up my day) like why did they turn it on when i am not even a child

The fastest way to change your child’s privacy and settings for Xbox is to do it online. Only Microsoft family adults can do this. Here’s how:

Go to account.xbox.com and sign in with an adult's Microsoft account. Next, choose Profile > Privacy
Settings. Follow the instructions to verify your identity.

Next, select your child's gamertag.

Choose Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety, adjust the settings, then select Submit.
Do the same for Privacy and Xbox 360 Online Safety.

To update the changes you’ve just made in all the devices your child uses to play Xbox, have your child sign out of each device, and then sign back in.

set the wrong birt date.

it was set as 11/09/01 and not 11/09/00

Hello, thank you for bringing this to the forums. I understand you are having issues with the parental control. One of the reasons this maybe happening is that your profile may have been set up with the wrong birthdate, thus giving the impression your underage.
Follow this link and sign in to make sure the birthdate os correct. Microsoft

Hi. my windows 10 and xbox one wireless controller are updated. same issue cant connect wirelessly and windows pairs even when my controller is turned off/not even plugged to laptop.

You cannot change the age but you can turn off Parental Controls. See:
support.xbox.com/.../parental-control for the steps (that document tells you how to turn them on but it is the same steps for turning them off... You can see the Off option in the image).
