Discus and support CANT TURN OFF "Looking for Group" NOTIFICATIONS, HELP !!!! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; These Notifications KEEP Popping up constantly & i already completely turned of all LFG Notifications but yet they keep popping up, i assume i'm not...     CANT TURN OFF "Looking for Group" NOTIFICATIONS, HELP !!!!


    These Notifications KEEP Popping up constantly & i already completely turned of all LFG Notifications but yet they keep popping up, i assume i'm not the only one having this problem & i am eager to know If there is a Fix being worked on ✉✉✉

    Hey guys!

    Just so you're aware, this is a bug that the appropriate teams are aware of. They're working on a fix so keep an eye out for any console updates that roll out and see if the toasts from your friends Looking For Groups eventually stop.

    Did you try turning on your 'Looking for Group' notifications? If not, it might help if you did.

    I am also having this issue, as well as a friend of mine. I have tried turning select notifications off, such as group and party notifications. My friend has tried turning notifications off entirely. Neither attempt to stop the notifications has worked.

    Not receiving party or game invites

    I had the exact same issue. Tried everything suggested fix in the known universe and again after yesterdays update. Then I did exactly this and it worked.

    1. Turn off ALL notifications on the Xbox One console.

      Uncheck show banners and then go to "Xbox notifications" Tab and turn every one of the options off.
      Looking for Group still said on even after turning those options off.
    2. Remove your profile from the console.
    3. Power Cycle the Xbox One console (I did this via the controller)
    4. Re-add your profile and turn on notifications.
    5. Test by having a friend send you a chat or game invite.
    Hope this helps you or anyone else that comes by this.

    No notifications on activity feed when people add me

    It sounds to me like you might have your notifications turned off. Go to your settings - preferences - notifications. Click on notifications, and check to see if they are turned on. There should also be individual boxes there as well like Activity Feed,
    and New Followers. Have a look at those as well. Hope this helps.
