    hi all, i am looking to turn off auto-renewal for my xbox live gold membership and ea access. I get this message

    I've typed in the email address associated with my account but i never receive a security code?

    Can't Turn Off Auto-Renewal!

    You will need to phone Xbox Support to that they can turn of automatic renewal as since the update on xbox.com, you cannot turn it off yourself.

    Have you checked your spam folder? If it's not there please try to turn off your spam protection and request a new code. Btw it's easier and quicker to have a working mobile number stored in your profile, so you can request a text message instead of an email.

    Removing LIVE Auto Renewal, can't log in due to reinstalled computer

    This did not work. When I tried this solution I got a message that the payment option was in use for the Auto Renewal, and that I should visit xbox.com/support for more information on how to turn off Auto Renewal. And here I can't turn off Auto Renewal because
    it won't recognize my computer.

    So, you mean that i have to get a trial and then after i get it i have to turn off auto-renewal? Or i have to turn it off auto-renewal first and then get trial. Because i can't find my subscription and i think, i need have a trial subscription to turn it

    Make sure you have auto-renew turned off. Go to settings > account > subscriptions > turn off auto-renew.

    Well for one you don't have to wait 30days to turn off auto renewal

    If you are trying something else like remove an payment option then yes

    Since you are on a monthly plan you have to wait out the current subscription as they can't give you a prepaid code for less then 30days

    That doesn't affect auto renewal at all

    This doesn't affect auto renewal at all and can be turned off at anytime
