Can't turn head in Minecraft

I have run into an issue, uppon loading the game the status bars and inventory HUD does not appear, my hand is invisible, and I am unable to look around. I am able to walk, jump, and mine. I have deleted and reinstalled the game and my profile and cleared
storage space as well as the cache. The game works fine on my daughter's and wife's profiles that are not connected to LIVE. other games work fine on my profile. any ideas?

Xbox 360 minecraft

on my grandsons Xbox 360 minecraft game he can't turn his head . I've deleted everything in the console and downloaded minecraft again and does the same thing . we changed controllers still the same.please help if you have any info on this.thank you

Minecraft character unable to turn head

All you need to do is go into the settings under the help & options menu, then go to control and restore the game sensitivity back to 100%. Problem solved.

I keep seeing the same response, "go to help & options menu...". Where is the help & options menu? I'm playing on an android tablet. There is a settings menu in the game, but no option to reset to original settings. Manually setting the sensitivity to 100%
did not work either. What else can I try?

Sometimes the sensitivity settings etc. go walkabout. Try clicking the 'reset to default' tab in the options.

I also have this glitch and other sign in problems. I had to change play online to off. It was turned on. But the hud, hand and look around are still not working. Also had reset to default. No worky.

Deleting the Gamertag and re-downloading it really won't do anything as the problem seems to be with the game, not the GamerTag. It is possible your save file might be corrupted, in which case, your only option would be to delete it. Have you tried playing
on a different save file with that GamerTag?

Presuming this is a recurring issue and has no relation to the controller, you can try recovering that gamertag. Delete the gamercard from your Xbox by going to your system storage and, after selecting the profile, selecting "delete". Next, click "download
gamertag" after pressing the guide button (the one with the Xbox symbol) on a controller that isn't signed in. Enter your account's information and wait for the download. Once your account is downloaded, try Minecraft again.

I can't believe it'a August 2015 and this bug is still there. only one of the players can turn their head to look so you can't play two players, but you also can't play one player cause if you play one player, that player can't turn their head. i had to
google to find the fix and can't believe it's been a problem since 2012.... thanks regardless!
